How it worked

The problem

Twenty years in business and a feed that looked quiet.

154 posts and 290 followers. A homeowner checking iComfort out before a call found a company that looked inactive, the opposite of twenty years in the Valley.

What we changed

Daily posting, led by their own people: technicians explaining real equipment in plain terms, the moments every tech knows, and creating trends that entertain their customers.

What happened

In under a year the account grew from 290 followers to 1,970, all organic: nearly seven times the audience. It went from 154 posts to 508. Every post was produced to a high standard and went out on schedule, day after day. That consistency is what turned a quiet feed into an audience.

What it did for them

A twenty-year-old family business now looks like what it is, busy, expert and still here, to anyone who checks before they call. 3,127 people now follow their trucks and techs, and when a system fails, iComfort is the name they have been watching.
